Yes. After-hours and weekend packing available by request. A 25–40% rush fee applies to ensure crew availability outside standard business hours (7am–5pm weekdays).
Do you handle specialty items or fragile merchandise?▼
Yes. We pack merchandise, electronics, documents, and specialty items with professional care. Discuss specific inventory details when booking so we can assess any special handling needs.
What's included in the inventory report?▼
Each job includes a detailed inventory sheet listing all boxes, key items, and labeling system used. You'll receive a copy for your records and transition management.
Can I book the same crew for recurring jobs?▼
Absolutely. Recurring accounts get dedicated commercial crews who learn your space and needs. We prioritize consistency for partner accounts.
What happens if we need to cancel or reschedule?▼
Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance: no charge. Within 48 hours: 50% of service cost. Same-day cancellations: full charge. Rescheduling is always free if done early.
Do you provide packing materials or should we supply them?▼
We supply all packing materials (boxes, tape, labels, tissue). Cost is included in your flat-rate price — nothing extra to source or manage.
